The Condescension of Christ in the Incarnation by Pastor Sean Stahlheber

Pastor Sean grew up in Pearland, Texas and he had lived in Texas for his entire life. In 2013, he accepted the position of Youth Pastor at Church of the Open Door and moved to Pennsylvania.

He was raised in a Christian home began his own walk with God when he was young. He attended a Christian high school and first realized his call to the ministry during his junior year. Following graduation, he decided to attend Baylor University. Sean graduated from Baylor University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in religion.

He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Jeanette, since 2010 and this year they welcomed their first child.

Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, 10 so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
