Church of the Open Door

Connection Groups

We have multiple Connection Groups offered each Sunday morning prior to the worship service.
Each group gathers from 9:30 am – 10:30 am.

Below are descriptions of the available groups.

Book of Ephesians
Taught by Rich Lewis
Location: ODCA Library

The Apostle Paul wrote to the church at Ephesus and surrounding churches to combat some false doctrines that were creeping into the local body of believers. These doctrines concerning Grace, Salvation, Security of the Believer and Christian Relationships, were being distorted from both within and from without the church. Paul corrects these heresies in the first three chapters of his letter. He then moves to the practical application for all believers in the last three chapters.

This Sunday morning study is approached using a verse by verse expository method, gleaning as much biblical truth as possible and developing a practical everyday application of those truths for believers today.
